I believe that our behavior, the aura we create around us, how we communicate and build relationships with our business environment has a huge impact on the success of our business activities. Based on the rules of etiquette, business protocol and over 20 years of my own experience, I teach the culture of customer service and the art of building relationships, taking into account cultural and generational differences. I prepare individuals or teams for public speaking, representing companies at important events, receiving delegations, cooperation in teams of different generations and cultures.
I help implement standards of customer service, hotel guests, correct e-mail, telephone and self-presentation communication. I raise awareness of seemingly minor issues that affect not only our personal image, but also the image of the company we represent. I support my clients in conscious development, I teach knowledge and practical skills that make us feel confident and at ease in any environment and in all circumstances.
