For over seventeen years, I have been involved in building the image of people and companies. I specialize in topics related to business etiquette, the culture of building relationships, self-presentation and public speaking. I am a trainer certified by the London Academy of Etiquette and Protocol with the specialization International Business Etiquette and Cross Cultural Specialist and the author of the book “Culture of building business relationships. Business etiquette in practice” CeDeWu 2020. I have completed courses at the International Etiquette & Protocol Academy of London, Manners Matter in India, the European Academy of Diplomacy and the ODITK Group Trainers’ School.

I believe that relationships are a key element of business activities, and building them consciously, gives us enormous strength, thanks to which we act more freely and confidently.

That is why I support my clients in improving their competences related to manners and self-presentation, which make building relationships much easier, but above all more effective, regardless of the circumstances and environment in which we find ourselves.

My passion is everything related to image and has an impact on how we are perceived. I am constantly educating myself and developing myself so that I can pass on my knowledge in the best possible way, which gives me great satisfaction.
